How to make your Hair Lighter Naturally:
- Lemon Juice
- Honey
-Baking Soda
- Hydrogen Peroxide
- something to stir it like a spoon or paintbrush
-foil if needed
- conditioner

Get a small bowl , or any type of bowl depending on where you gonna dye your hair and how much of it you need. Add in the baking soda , then hydrogen peroxide , and it will start making bubbles. After that add in about a tablespoon of honey and as well as lemon. This will give your hair a natural light brown tone. If you want t redish brownish tone, use cinnamon. Stir it all together until its uniform. Add more lemon juice if needed. Sit this in your hair or whereever you are dying it , and sitting in the sun can speed up the process for about 30 min -1hr. If you are doing highlights, dye those sections, and put foil in those places. After that, wash it off! Make sure you condition your hair because it will feel very dry.

Typically it can brighten in a day but you would have to do this multiple times to get the shade you want if your hair is darker.

Another way is just using lemon juice to your leave in conditioner and water and spritzing it in your hair daily .

Hope this helped!

Update: I cut the majority of my hair off again

So its been about 4 months since my big chop and my tapered cut had already gotten into this awkward length stage. I called the salon with the intention of getting my hair reshaped and I somehow ended up with the coolest Mohawk / tapered cut I’ve ever seen.

Since I’ve big chopped, whenever relatives or friends ask why I cut off such long hair or tell me they miss seeing me with my long bouncy curls, I would always reply don’t worry it will grow back. Though, in all honesty, at this rate I won’t be focusing on growth. Having short hair is awesome, its low maintenance and pretty damn sexy.
